Cool Coast Ice Rink BIC

BIC Cool Coast Ice Rink Review

I was invited for a session at the Cool Coast Ice Rink at the BIC, which is open to the public until February 19th.

The impressively sizeable rink is located in the BIC’s Purbeck Hall and includes the main skating area as well as a smaller children’s area. For youngsters that feel ready to brave the main ice rink the assistance of adorable ‘Ice skating penguins’ are available and the friendly Cool Coast Ice Rink staff are always on hand to help you back up again!

Cinderella Review

One of the best things about Christmas in my opinion is a night at the Panto and when I heard this years pantomime at the Bournemouth Pavilion would be Cinderella I couldn’t wait!

The auditorium was filled with the laughter and excitement of children (and adults!) before the show began and as we were told to take our seats a medley of music filled the room. The Panto was opened by the Fairy Godmother (Melanie Walters who plays Gwen in Gavin and Stacey), who set the standard for the rest of what was an extremely professional performance.
