Green Tea

Green tea has many health benefits since it is full of antioxidants these include; boosting metabolism and helping reduce cholesterol. Studies have also shown green tea is also great for mental alertness and concentration due to its natural containment of theanine, an amino acid, which is thought to provide a relaxing effect! Green tea is therefore the perfect tea to drink all day long.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is widely known for its metabolism boosting effects for up to two hours after drinking it. Its full of polyphenols which is known to help dissolve body fat. Since Oolong tea is full of antioxidants it can help maintain vibrant youthful skin and slow down the ageing process!

PuErh Tea

PuErh is the only tea that is fermented naturally. it is a metabolic boost and can be used for weight loss but it only works if you drink it at the right time (1/2 hour after eating) or it may have the opposite effect, great as a pick me up!
