Prime & Protect!

Yes peeps, it's that time of year again! You know, when parents decide to face paint their children's face, ears, eyes, neck etc in anticipation of Trick or Treating!

So as Halloween season approaches I thought I would give you 2 top tips to make sure that when your children have finished having a great time, you don't have to deal with the following....

1. Scrubbing their face until it goes bright red and your child starts crying....

2. Getting most of the paints off but just missing the little grain bit around the nose or eyes, or the bits we cant get from the lobes of their ears...

3. Generally cleaning all their face to find it still looks pale black around the eyes, red on their cheeks or green all over their face because although you scrubbed their face the paint has got into their pigments on their skin...

4. Having to wash the bedding the next day as the residue has come off during their sleep.

You know you have been there at least once.....

So what are my top tips you ask?

1. Use a foundation primer & apply to the whole face before applying the face paints/makeup - this will stop any staining on the skin.

2. Use an eye make up remover to 'gently' remove and wipe away all the face paints/makeup - no need to scrub.

Best of all, you can continue to use both products on a daily basis before applying your foundation and to remover any eye makeup from your eyes in the evening. No waiting until Halloween 2017 to re use the products.
